岗位职责及任职要求
1. 负责公司后端服务的开发、优化与维护工作，确保系统稳定、高效运行，满足业务需求的不断变化。
2. 参与系统架构设计，根据业务需求和技术发展趋势，制定合理的后端技术方案，提升系统的可扩展性、可维护性和性能表现。
3. 进行数据库的设计与优化，包括数据建模、索引优化、存储过程编写等，保障数据存储的高效性和准确性，合理规划数据库架构以应对大规模数据存储和高并发访问需求。
4. 在云环境下完成研发部署工作，熟练运用云服务器及相关云服务资源，实现应用的快速部署、弹性伸缩和高可用性，确保系统在云平台上的稳定运行和高效性能，降低运维成本。
5. 编写高质量的代码，遵循代码规范和开发流程，进行代码审查，保证代码的可读性、可维护性和安全性，提升团队整体代码质量。
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础知识，包括数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等。
2. 3年以上相关工作经验，有实际项目开发经验，能够独立承担后端开发任务并按时高质量交付。
3. 熟练掌握Go、Java语言中至少一种，精通该语言的语法特性、开发框架和编程范式，能够运用其进行高效、稳定的后端服务开发。
4. 熟悉数据库技术，包括但不限于MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB等主流数据库，熟练掌握SQL语言，能够进行复杂的查询优化和数据操作，具备数据库设计和管理能力，了解数据库事务、存储过程、视图等高级特性。
5. 熟悉基于云环境的研发部署工作，有云服务器使用经验，了解云平台的基本概念、服务模型和部署架构，熟悉阿里云优先，能够熟练使用阿里云的ECS、RDS、OSS等服务进行应用部署和资源管理。
加分项:
1. 熟悉容器化技术，如Docker、Kubernetes，有容器化应用部署和管理经验，能够利用容器化技术提升应用的部署效率和可维护性。
2. 有微服务架构开发经验，熟悉Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务框架，能够设计和开发可扩展、可维护的微服务架构系统，了解微服务的优缺点和适用场景。
3. 熟悉DevOps理念和实践，有持续集成、持续部署（CI/CD）流程的搭建和实施经验，能够通过自动化工具提升软件交付效率和质量，如Jenkins、GitLab CI等。

【Job Responsibilities】
1.Design, optimize, and maintain the company’s back-end services to guarantee stable, high-performance operation while quickly adapting to evolving business needs.
2.Contribute to overall system architecture; craft robust back-end solutions that balance current requirements with emerging technologies to maximize scalability, maintainability, and performance.
3.Engineer and tune databases—covering data modeling, index optimization, and stored-procedure development—to ensure efficient, accurate storage and to support large-scale data and high-concurrency access.
4.Implement cloud-native development and deployment workflows; leverage cloud servers and related services (preferably Alibaba Cloud ECS, RDS, OSS) to enable rapid releases, elastic scaling, and high availability while reducing operational costs.
5.Write clean, secure, and well-documented code; follow established coding standards and review processes to improve overall team code quality.
【Requirements】
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.
2.More than 3 years of back-end development experience, including end-to-end ownership of at least one production system delivered on time and to a high standard.
3.Proficiency in at least one of Go or Java, including deep knowledge of its syntax, frameworks, and paradigms for building reliable, efficient back-end services.
4.Hands-on experience with mainstream databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB; expert-level SQL skills, query optimization, and schema design; familiarity with transactions, stored procedures, and views.
5.Proven experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud; familiar with cloud concepts, service models, and architectures (Alibaba Cloud preferred).
【Preferred Qualifications】
1.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and containerized application lifecycle management.
2.Hands-on microservices development using Spring Cloud, Dubbo, or similar frameworks; solid understanding of microservice trade-offs and design patterns.
3.DevOps mindset and practical CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
【Other Details】
Salary Range: RMB 10–20K per month.
